Welcome to Freddy Montes y su Son's official website. Freddy is a longtime favorite in Florida's Latin music scene. Freddy has performed in the Tampa Bay Area since the 1980's with great local musicians such as Al Downing and Fred Johnson.
Freddy Montes y su Son band members hail from Cuba, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and the United States. The band has been delighting audiences with a blend of traditional Cuban songs with today’s original jazz arrangements.
